Creyaa operates an autonomous ad-creative platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers creyaa.com and the Creyaa application.

By using Creyaa, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

We collect a few categories of information, all in service of running your creative pipeline.

We use the information we collect to:

Your brand inputs and the creative we generate belong to you. We process them only to operate the pipeline and deliver your results.

We use third-party AI models, including Anthropic’s Claude, to generate creative. We don’t permit your brand assets to be used to train third-party foundation models without your consent.

When you delete content, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to standard backup cycles.

We share information only with the partners that make Creyaa work, and only as described below. We never sell your personal information.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the service. After you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, strict access controls, and isolation between workspaces. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you of material breaches as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@creyaa.com. We respond within the timeframes required by law, and we won’t charge you for reasonable requests.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of analytics to understand how the product is used. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Creyaa is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and elsewhere, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Creyaa is built for businesses and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
